Re-Post: A Raw Self-Evaluation From Chris Yambar

Posted by nbarnes on November 23, 2010 in God Thoughts |

My friend Robin pointed me to another friend’s blog recently. Chris Yambar is an absolute riot to hang around, and always keeps you laughing, but he is also one of those guys that challenges and convicts you just by being who he is. I definitely think it’s worth your time to take a few minutes to read his latest blog post.

Or, when was the last time you struck up a conversation with a random cashier and did everything in your power to get her laughing hysterically? I think the world needs more silliness in it, especially these days.

Great Post on Fighting the Feeling to Quit by Michael Hyatt

Posted by nbarnes on August 5, 2009 in Practical Advice on Faith, Pseudo-Psychology |

Hey there, everyone. I’m sitting in the Denver Airport waiting for my flight to Boise and catching up on a little blog reading. Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time working on getting the painting done in our new home, and I’m really getting sick of it. I chuckled when I came across this post from Michael Hyatt, so I thought I would share it with you. Definitely worth the read.
